Tu Yao is a Great Ascension stage human-faced flood dragon (a type of蛟龙). Han Li previously encountered him during a riot at the Yun City auction house where Tu Yao’s descendant was being sold. He is being pursued by the Sea Suppressing Palace in the ocean and is injured, unable to use his full Great Ascension powers. Han Li heals him and his daughter, and in return, Tu Yao helps locate the entrance to the Minor Spirit Realm.
