Effects & Usage
After ingestion, the insect eggs lie dormant for one year. If the special antidote is taken within the year, the eggs dissolve harmlessly. If no antidote is taken after one year, the eggs hatch and the worms devour the victim’s internal organs over three days of agonizing pain, leading to death.
