The Yan disciple initially attacked with earth attribute boulders and defended with a yellow wind banner. He then used a top-grade magical tool, the Bone-Melting Treasure Fan, to release dense purple poison mist. The Ghost Spirit Sect disciple countered by summoning several white skulls that devoured the black protective aura and then the poison mist, rendering the fan ineffective. The disciple then commanded the enlarged skulls to fire a combined black beam, piercing the Yan disciple's defense and knocking him unconscious.
