A tense standoff over treasure distribution turned into betrayal when the Yun surname elder attacked Marquis Nanlong. Han Li remained neutral initially. After receiving a jade box from Marquis Nanlong, Han Li fought his way out, defeating the You surname cultivator and wounding Wang Chan. He then used the Black Mountain to disrupt the enemies and reactivated the Tai Miao Divine Restriction to buy time for Marquis Nanlong to open an escape route. Both Han Li and the severely wounded Marquis Nanlong eventually escaped using their respective high-speed escape techniques.
