Han Li ambushed the Yin Luo Sect Leader after he dealt with Blood Bone Gate infiltrators. Han Li used the Five Devils' extreme cold flames to suppress the Patriarch's three Corpse Kings. He then used the Mind-Spike technique to stun the Patriarch and beheaded him with the hidden Demon Marrow Flying Dagger. The Patriarch's exploding body and fleeing Nascent Soul were ultimately captured by Han Li using the Void Heaven Cauldron.
