Han Li vs Du Yu – The One-Strike Test

Han Li, having secretly advanced to the Great Ascension Stage, proposes a condition to the Sacred Island envoys: if any of them can withstand a single strike from him unharmed, he will allow them to take his disciple. Du Yu, confident in his late-Body Integration cultivation and treasures, accepts. Han Li manifests his golden dharma body and attacks with a giant purple-gold palm. Despite Du Yu summoning his Sage of Virtue Manifestation and using two powerful treasures (a jade book and an inkstone, one a Heaven-reaching Spiritual Treasure, the other made from Profound Heaven fragment), he is utterly crushed. His manifestation is destroyed, his treasures are seized by Han Li, and he is severely injured and immobilized, completely failing the test.
