Elder Gu is a Core Formation elder of the Six United Palaces with disheveled hair. He hunts the Infant Carp Beast with Elder Miao using the borrowed Dry Heaven Halberds. After Wu Chou’s appearance and the secret conversation, he is tasked with chasing down and killing Han Li. He pursues Han Li to the nameless island but falls into Han Li’s pre-set formation. Despite being a Core Formation cultivator, he is severely weakened from using the ancient treasure. Han Li and his puppet Soul Seizing Fiendbody take advantage of this weakness within the formation, using coordinated attacks, flying needles, and blood light techniques to eventually break his defense and behead him.
