Island Lord Qi

A cunning-looking old man who is a friend of Island Lord Yuan and also a deputy island lord of魁星岛. He uses a tracking technique to determine the direction Han Li fled but convinces Island Lord Yuan not to pursue, arguing that risking conflict with an unknown Core Formation cultivator over a dead disciple is foolish. He also expresses slight resentment that Island Lord Mu is putting so much effort into the pursuit to curry favor with the Six United Palaces.
