Lan Weng

Lan Weng is one of the four guest elders of Yun City, a Saint Race cultivator. He, along with three others, captured the purple fox beast (daughter of the Human-faced Flood Dragon) in the Purple Tassel Sea and brought it to the auction. As punishment for capturing and tormenting the beast, he had his arm severed by the enraged father, the Human-faced Flood Dragon. He was also fined 100 million spirit stones.
