Annihilation Law Eye

The third eye of the mythical ferocious beast, Cilie, a rival of true dragons. When opened, it can supposedly tear space and kill enemies formlessly. Even if separated and refined by others, it can be used to cast strange spells, see through illusions and stealth, and lock onto enemies using teleportation. It also has the ability to weaken the power of spatial barriers between realms.
