Avatar Talisman

A precious talisman used by the Star Palace Elders. It allows them to project a realistic, functional avatar over a long distance to carry out tasks. The avatar can use techniques and treasures. If discovered or its task is complete, it disperses into starlight, leaving only the burnt talisman, making it impossible to trace back to the user.
