A catastrophic heavenly tribulation that befalls cultivators who have reached the Void Refinement stage and above. It strikes once every three thousand years. Each subsequent tribulation is more powerful than the last. Failure to pass it results in death. Preparing treasures to withstand it is a major concern for high-level cultivators.
