Netherworld River Restriction

A powerful barrier or restriction located in the Netherworld River Land. It is primarily composed of Yin Qi but contains troublesome, exceptionally pure Demonic Qi within. The four Demon Kings believe the Evil-Suppressing Divine Lightning is key to breaking through this barrier.
