Soul Restriction Technique

A sinister technique that allows a high-level cultivator (Nascent Soul Stage) to control others by taking a portion of their soul/consciousness and sealing it into a restriction tablet. If the master destroys the soul fragment, the victim becomes an idiot or dies.
