History
The ruling body of Heavenly Abyss City, a key defensive fortress for the Human and Demon races. It originally had ten members plus reserve elders. Its strength has waned after the recent alien siege and the impending Demon Tribulation, as major powers are reluctant to contribute their high-level cultivators.
Internal Hierarchy
Composed of Body Integration stage cultivators from both Human and Demon races. Includes figures like Elder Jin Yue (Zen Master), Elder Gu (white-robed elder), Elder Bao (demon race), Silver Light Fairy, and others. They make strategic decisions for the city’s defense and operations.
