Heavenly Lan Sacred Hall
History
The central sacred site and ruling power for the Utra people in the Heavenly Lan Grasslands. It organizes major events like the Spirit Awakening Ceremony held every twenty years.
Internal Hierarchy
Led by Great Immortal Masters (Da Xianshi). Below them are high-level Immortal Masters (Shangjie Xianshi, equivalent to Nascent Soul). There are also ordinary Immortal Masters (Xianshi) of various levels. A ‘Saintess’ (Shengnü) is also a high-ranking figure.
