Joint Council of Elders
History
A council formed by elders from various Feiling clans who have reached the end of their lifespan. Upon joining, they renounce all status and positions within their original clans to serve the entire Feiling Race. They are responsible for major decisions, including organizing the Earth Abyss Trial.
Internal Hierarchy
Composed of numerous elders from different clans. The most authoritative figures include the white-haired middle-aged man, the old woman with a cane, and the tattooed old man.
