Startling Serpent Gang
History
Founded by Mo Juren (Mo Juren). Was once one of the three overlords of Lan Province, dominating the entire Jia Yuan City. It suddenly declined a few years ago due to internal strife and external pressure, losing territory and shrinking its influence in the city. Now one of the three major gangs in Jia Yuan City, but the weakest, controlling the South District in alliance with smaller gangs.
Internal Hierarchy
Gang Leader (Mo Juren, deceased), Proxy Leader (Lady Yan), Elders/Commanders, Core Members (~7,000), Ordinary Members (~64,000). Also maintains a separate network of secret branches controlled by the Fifth Lady.
