After each cycle of dissipation and re-cultivation, it compresses and refines the regenerated mana and true essence, making it several times purer. After three cycles, the practitioner can easily form a Golden Core in the dantian, effectively bypassing the bottleneck of the Core Formation stage. It also grants the practitioner several times more true essence and mana than ordinary cultivators.
