Ambush at Falling Sand Slope

The Seven Mysteries Sect team, led by Vice Sect Master Wu, was ambushed while crossing a grassland. Wild Wolf Gang members emerged from hiding and unleashed a devastating volley of military-grade repeating crossbows, killing most of the lower-level disciples instantly. The surviving experts were then attacked by Wild Wolf Gang elites. Vice Sect Master Wu and several elders died in the ensuing battle. Only a few, like Li Feiyu, managed to break out and escape.
