Gu Shuangpu, exposed as a Mulan spy, attempted to assassinate Lu using a Two-tailed Jadeite Snake. He fell into a trap, was lured into the main hall's powerful restriction, and then used the Spirit Attachment Art to merge with his snake, becoming a monster. After breaking free, he was instantly frozen by Han Li's Dry Blue Ice Flame and destroyed by Evil-Suppressing Divine Lightning.
